• GELYDA members can register at the Early Bird rate regardless of the registration period.

• For hybrid registration, the fee is the same for both presenters and participants.

Virtual Registration Information

​Participation

• Hybrid registration is for participants attending remotely

• All sessions are conducted live via Zoom in an interactive format

• Participants may present live (no pre-recorded presentations) and join Q&A sessions

• Access is provided to keynote sessions, parallel sessions or symposia, as well as the opening and closing sessions

 

Access Information

• Zoom access details will be shared with hybrid participants

• Detailed session schedules, including Zoom access by time slot, will be available in the conference proceedings

Registration Payment​​

• Online Credit Card Payment
  For International Participants (Credit card payment available starting Late April 2026)

          We apologize for the delay in the international credit card approval process.
          Due to the approval schedule, online credit card payment for international participants will be available starting in                    Late April 2026.

          Participants may complete registration first and make the payment later once the credit card system becomes                          available.

          The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and AMEX.

          For Korean
          Online credit card payment is currently available for domestic participants.
          Payments can be made using most credit cards, except for BC Card and Woori Card.

• Bank Wire Transfer (Bank transfer open: March 4, 2026)
  Payments should be transferred to the following bank accounts.
  All bank charges are the responsibility of the applicant.
  The transfer must be in the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
  Please send a copy of your bank remittance receipt to the secretariat email(2026.gelyda.conference@gmail.com)

• To register for the GELYDA conference, either in person or virtually, please click the link below:

• You will be directed to our Abstract Submission and Registration page. You will need to create an account if you have not already done so.

• Once logged in, please click the “Payment” tab in the upper right-hand corner to complete your registration and payment.

• Bank transfers are currently available. Credit card payments will be available in April.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 31 days or more before the conference: 100% refund of the registration fee

• Cancellations made 30–8 days before the conference: 50% refund of the registration fee

• Cancellations made 7 days or less before the conference (including the conference day): No refund​​​​
